Product Description:

The DIRTMAG® low-velocity zone dirt separator with magnet efficiently removes particles to a very small size with very low-pressure head losses compared to typical Y-strainers, which reduces pumping demands. The large dirt collection chamber requires infrequent cleaning, which is quick and efficient with an easy-to-use drain valve. Ferrous impurities, including magnetite, are trapped inside the collection chamber by a strong magnetic field created by a powerful removable external rare-earth magnet around the body below the flow valve. This allows for fast and effective capture, up to 100% elimination efficiency, and discharge.
